| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清前白蛋白(PA)检测对肝脏疾病诊断的价值。方法对200例各种肝脏疾病患者(急性肝炎组50例、慢性肝炎组50例、肝硬化组50例、肝癌组50例)和60例健康体检者(对照组)血清前白蛋白的水平进行测定,采用方差分析比较各组前白蛋白的差异。结果健康体检者、急性肝炎组、慢性肝炎组、肝硬化组前白蛋白逐渐降低。结论前白蛋白检测对各种肝脏疾病的诊断和病情具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of prealbumin in the diagnosis of hepatic diseases.Methods A total of 200 patients with hepatic diseases(including 50 cases of acute hepatitis,50 cases of chronic hepatitis,50 cases of liver cirrhosis,and 50 cases of liver carcinoma) and 60 healthy persons were investigated.The serum prealbumin of them was detected.Results Serum prealbumin declined from healthy people,acute hepatitis,and chronic hepatitis to hepatic cirrhosis.There was a significant difference of prealbumi... |
