| 摘 要： | 目的：建立盐酸仑氨西林片的溶出度测定方法。方法：依照《中国药典》，以水500ml为溶出介质，转速50r／min，紫外分光光度法检测，检测波长为256nm。结果：在0．1～0．9mg／ml范围内(r=0．9998)，浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为100．5％，RSD=1．1％。结论：该法操作简便、快速、准确。

| Abstract: | Object To establish a method for the determination of dissolution of lenampicillin hydrochloride tablets. Methods The dissolution test was carried out according to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The condition was as follows: 500 ml of water as the solvent, rotation speed adjusted to 50r/min and UV detection at 256 nm. Results There was a good linearity within the rang of 0.1~0.9 mg/ml for lenampicillin hydrochloride(r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 100.5% and RSD 1.1%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid and accurate. |
