摘    要:目的研究红树林细菌Bacillus sp.发酵液中的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱方法进行成分分离,综合运用多种波谱学手段确定单体化合物的结构。结果从一株红树林细菌Bacillus sp.的发酵物中分离得到6个单体化合物和一个混合物,单体化合物分别鉴定为N-oleoyl-threonine(1)、大豆素(2)、尿嘧啶(3)、胸腺嘧啶(4)、腺嘌呤核苷(5)、腺嘌呤脱氧核苷(6),混合物鉴定为环(脯-甘)二肽(7)和1,5-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-arabinitd(8)。结论化合物1、8为首次从该属菌株中分离得到。

Abstract:Aim To study the chemical constituents of a mangrove bacterium Bacillus sp. Methods Various chromatographic and spectroscopic methods were applied for the isolation and structure identification of the compounds. Results Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as N-oleoyl-threonine (1), daidzein (2), uracil (3), thymine (4), adenosine (5) , and deoxyadenosine (6), respectively. A mixture was also obtained and identified as [cyclo (Pro-Gly)] (7) and 1,5-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-arabinitol (8). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 8 were firstly isolated from the genus of Bacillus.
