| 摘 要： | 目的研究骨髓基质细胞（BMSCs）移植对大鼠脊髓损伤（SCI）后神经细胞凋亡的影响，探讨骨髓基质细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的机制。方法取大鼠股骨和胫骨骨髓培养BMSCs并传代。参照Taoka＇s方法制作大鼠脊髓压迫损伤模型。脊髓损伤后30min，进行BMSCs或DMEM培养液损伤周围局部四点注射。在术后3、7和14d，应用TUNEL方法检测脊髓损伤周围神经细胞凋亡情况。结果脊髓损伤后，损伤区周围组织内TUNEL阳性细胞数量明显增加，阳性细胞分布于脊髓灰质和白质内，但以白质内神经细胞为主。与DMEM组大鼠相比，移植术后3、7和14d，BMSCs移植显著减少脊髓损伤周围区凋亡的神经细胞数目（P〈0．05）。结论脊髓损伤后，BMSCs移植能够抑制神经细胞凋亡。
