白细胞介素10与整合素家族细胞黏附分子在急性坏死性胰腺炎合并多器官损伤大鼠模型中的表达

摘    要:目的:检测白细胞介素10(IL-10)与整合素家族细胞黏附分子LFA-1、Mac-1在急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)合并多器官损伤大鼠模型中表达的动态变化。方法:应用ELISA法连续测定大鼠ANP合并多器官损伤模型血清IL-10的变化。应用流式细胞仪,于多个时相点检测整合素家族细胞黏附分子LFA-1、Mac-1在ANP合并多器官损伤SD大鼠血中性粒细胞表面表达的变化,并检测血浆淀粉酶及胰腺、肺和肾脏的病理学损害。结果:IL-10、LFA-1和Mac-1在ANP组中各个时相点的表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。ANP组中血浆淀粉酶明显高于对照组,并有明显的胰腺、肺和肾脏的病理学改变。结论:IL-10和整合素家族细胞黏附分子LFA-1、Mac-1均参与了ANP继发多器官功能损伤的过程。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of IL-10 and integrin family cellular adhesion molecules LFA-1 and Mac-1 in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis complicated with multiple organ injury. Methods LFA-1 and Mac-1 expression of leukocyte was detected with flow cytometer and IL-10 was detected with ELISA in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis at different time points. Results The expression of IL-10, LFA-1 and Mac-1 increased significantly in acute pancreatitis group than that in control group at all time points(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Morphological examination demonstrated that inflammatory cell, insterstitial edema, interstitial hemorrhage, desquamate and disintegration occurred in lungs and kidney. Conclusion IL-10, LFA-1 and Mac-1 may play an important role in the development of acute pancreatitis.
