碧兰麻用于牙体牙髓病治疗的疗效观察

目的观察碧兰麻在牙体牙髓病治疗中的麻醉效果。方法将162例牙髓炎患者的280颗牙随机分成碧兰麻组和利多卡因组,分别采用局部浸润麻醉和阻滞麻醉行牙髓摘除术,并观察对比麻醉效果。结果碧兰麻组麻醉总有效率89.2%,明显高于利多卡因组的75.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论碧兰麻用于牙髓炎行牙髓摘除术治疗时,麻醉起效快、效果好、毒性低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation Primacaine for endodontics treatment

Objective To observe the Primacaine anesthetic effect in the treatment of dental disease. Method 280 teeth of 162 cases of pulpitis patients were randomly divided into Primacaine group and lidocaine group.Respectively, using local anesthesia and anesthesia-line pulpectomy. After observation of the effects of anesthesia. Result Primacaine group anesthesia total efficiency of 89.2%. The lidocaine group has 75.0% efficiency. Group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the pulpitis line pulpectomy Primacaine treatment, anesthesia rapid onset, good effect, low toxicity, is worthy of clinical application.
