脑卒中早期实施功能训练联合针灸治疗的体会

目的观察脑卒中早期实施功能训练联合针灸治疗对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法将133例急性期脑卒中患者随机分为观察组(67例)与对照组(66例),两组均采用常规基础治疗与功能训练,观察组加针灸治疗,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。两组分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月及3个月进行脑卒中患者生存质量评分(SS-QOL)的比较。结果两组患者治疗后1个月和3个月SS-QOL评分各方面均有改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组提高较明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后1个月的生理、社会及环境评分均有改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后3个月在生理、心理、社会及环境方面的评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能训练与针灸联合治疗早期介入可以从多方面改善脑卒中患者的生存质量。

Experiences from Early Implementation of Functional Training Combined with the Acupuncture Treatment for Stroke

Objective To observe the influence of early implementation of functional training combined with acupuncture treatment on the quality of life in patients with stroke.Methods 133 cases of patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into observation group(67 cases) and control group(66 cases),both groups were given conventional basic therapy and functional training,and the observation group was given extra acupuncture treatment once a day,10 days as a course,altogether 3 courses.Quality of life score(SS-QOL) of the stroke patients at the time point of before treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results SS-QOL score improvement were seen in all aspects of the two groups after 1 month and 3 months treatment respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05) compared with before treatment;treatment group improvementwas more obvious than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Physical,social,and environmental scores 1 month after treatment were all improved from before the treatment with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);differences in physical,psychological,social and environmental scores after 3 months treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional training joint acupuncture treatment as early intervention can improve the quality of life of stroke patients from many aspects.
