盐酸氨溴索制剂不良反应文献的回顾分析

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索所致不良反应(ADRs)发生的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索《中国期刊全文数据库》2002年1月-2011年7月国内医药期刊报道的盐酸氨溴索所致不良反应,并进行统计、分析。结果:盐酸氨溴索引起的不良反应共计52例,男性多于女性。所致不良反应最多为全身性损伤(32例,61.54%)、皮肤及附件损伤(10例,19.23%)。结论:应重视盐酸氨溴索制剂的不良反应,加强用药监护,避免不良反应的发生。

Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by ambroxol hydrochloride

Objective: To study the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by ambroxol hydrochloride.Methods: The literature related to the ADR induced by ambroxol hydrochloride reported during January 2002-July 2011 retrieved from CNKI was analyzed statistically.Results: A tota1 of 52 ambroxol hydrochloride-induced ADR cases were collected,of which,males showed higher proportion than females,and the ADRs chiefly manifested as systemic reaction(32 cases,61.54%),followed by lesion of skin and its appendages(10 cases,19.23%).Conclusion: Attention should be paid to adverse reactions of ambroxol.Drug monitoring should be enhanced to avoid the occurrence of adverse reaction.
