秋鼠曲草化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究鼠曲草属植物秋鼠曲草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从秋鼠曲草中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:二十四烷酸(1)、5-羟基-3,6,7,8-四甲氧基黄酮(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、5-羟基-3,6,7,8,4'-五甲氧基黄酮(4)、5-羟基-3,6,7,8,3',4'-六甲氧基黄酮(5)、芹菜素(6)、木犀草素(7)、槲皮素(8)、木犀草素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective:To research the chemical constituents from Gnaphalium hypoleucum.Methods:Compounds were separated by using silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral data analysis.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as tetracosanoic acid(1),5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8-tetramethoxyflavone(2),β-sitosterol(3),5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,4′-pentamethoxyflavone(4),5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone(5),apigenin(6),luteolin(7),quercetin(8),luteolin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(9),quercetin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(10).Conclusion:All of these compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compound 5 is isolated from the genus for the first time.
