生地对家兔糖皮质激素受抑模型的实验研究

摘    要:本文研究中药生地和糖皮质激素联合应用对家兔脑垂体和肾上腺皮质功能和形态的影响。家兔单用地塞米松时、血浆皮质酮浓度明显低于基数值(P<0.001):生地与地塞米松合用2、4、6周时,皮质酮浓度逐渐上升,用药4周与2周比较及6周与4周比较,皮质酮水平均有显著升高,P 值分别<0.001及0.01。病理学观察亦显示两药联合使用,对兔的垂体和肾上腺皮质形态学未见明显改变。结果提示中药生地能减轻由糖皮质激素对兔垂体—肾上腺皮质系统功能和形态的影响。

Experimental Studies of Rehmannia glutinosa on Pituitary and Adrenal Cortex in Glucocorticoid Inhibition Model of Rabbits

Abstract:Effect on the function and morphology of the pituitary and adrenal cortex in rabbits by combined use of Rehmannia glutinosa and glucocorticoid was studied.It was found that during the treatment of dexamethasone alone,mean levels of the plasma corticosterone in 13 rabbits were obviously lower than that of the mean basic concentration(P<0.001).Afterwards,these rabbits were treated by combined therapy of Rehmannia and dexamethasone for 2,4,6 weeks respectively,the concentration of plasma corticosterone was gradually raised and it was close to the normal level at the 6th week.The result showed obvious statistical significance when it was compared with the inhibited levels caused by the dexamethasone.Combinative use of Rehmannia and dexamethasone in experimental animal showed no marked change of morphology of the pituitary and the adrenal cortex,and it was different from using dexamethasone alone.This result indicated that Rehmannia could keep the therapeutical effect of glucocorticoid,but relieve the side-effects of both functional and morphological changes in pituitary and adrenal cortex caused by glucocorticoid.
