木香包合物长期给予对大鼠及犬的影响

目的:观察大鼠及犬长期灌胃给予木香包合物(clathrate-Aucklandia lappa Decne;Cla-ALD),对机体产生的毒性反应及程度、探寻毒性反应的靶器官及损害的可逆性。方法:大鼠80只、比格犬24只,按长期毒性试验方法学op给予3个月,停药恢复2周。结果:与对照组比较,比格犬及大鼠在给药3个月后,表现出一定的毒性。作为肝、肾、血液学、生殖系统(♂)损伤的一些指标统计后有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠161 mg/kg(相当于临床人用剂量20倍)、犬48mg/kg(相当于临床人用剂量6倍)对大鼠体重、进食、一般状态、血液学、血液生化指标、脏器等均无明显影响。毒性反应呈可逆性。

Effects of CLA -ALD on Long -term Text in Rats and Beagle -dogs

Objective:The toxic reactions of rats and beagle-dogs caused by continuous OP of Cal-ALD should be observed.The damage of organs and the recovery after drug withdrawal should be investigate.Methods:Rats(n=80),beagle-dogs(n=24),these animals should be used by long term toxicity text(OP of Cal-ALD).The period of dose is three months.The period of recovery is two weeks.Results:Vs control groups,animals(rats and beagle-dogs) have some toxic reactions in the period of dose,the indicators have some toxicity(P<0.05) on liver,kidney,blood,hematology,genital system(♂).Conclusion:161mg·kg-1 dose-group of rats and 48mg·kg-1 dose-group of beagle-dogs hasn't the toxic reactions on general physicalsigns,body weight,appearance,behaviour,routine urine text,routine blood text,liver and kideney function texts,blood biochemistry text,gross and histopthological exampinations of important organs.The toxic reactions should be recovery.
