耳硬化症的多层螺旋CT诊断

目的探讨多层螺旋CT诊断耳硬化症的价值。方法收集经临床、手术证实为耳硬化症、且进行了多层螺旋CT扫描病例共34例。扫描层厚为0.625mm,进床速度为1.2mm/rot。双侧分别小视野骨算法重建,重建视野为9.6cm,重建层厚为0.625mm,重建间隔为0.2mm。结果34例共64耳显示异常。耳硬化症的多层螺旋CT表现可分为窗型、耳蜗型及混合型。窗型54耳,仅前庭窗异常47耳,表现为前庭窗扩大或狭小;前庭窗及蜗窗同时受累共7耳。耳蜗型5耳,仅累及耳蜗周围迷路骨质,表现为耳蜗骨迷路边缘不整,呈条片状密度减低或双环状改变。混合型5耳,同时累及耳蜗、前庭窗、蜗窗及内耳迷路其它部分。结论多层螺旋CT是诊断耳硬化症有价值的方法。

Multi-detector CT Findings of Otosclerosis

Objective To evaluate the value of multi-detector CT(MDCT)in diagnosis of otosclerosis.Methods 34 cases with otosclerosis confirmed by operation underwent MDCT scanning in spiral pattern.The slice thickness was 0.625 mm,table speed was 1.2 mm/rot.The temporal bones were reconstructed in a small FOV by bone arithmetic method.Reconstructed field of view was 9.6 cm,reconstructed slice thickness was 0.625 mm and reconstructed interval space was 0.2 mm.Results 64 temporal bones were abnormal.47 ears manifested e...
