| 摘 要： | 目的观察磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法将76例静脉炎患者随机分为两组,观察组38例用磺胺嘧啶银霜外涂,对照组38例用硫酸镁持续湿敷。结果使用磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗静脉炎痊愈率为86·8%,显效率为7·9%,有效率为5·3%,总有效率为100·0%,与硫酸镁组比较有显著性差异(p<0·01)。结论磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗静脉炎疗效更佳,且具有价廉、使用方便的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of SD-Ag cream in the treatment of thrombophlebitis. Methods 76 thrombophlebitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 38 patients in treatment group was treated with application of SD-Ag cream, the another 38 cases in control group was treated with continual wet packing of magnesium sulphate. Results The cure rate of SD-Ag Cream group was 86.8 %, markedly improvement rate was 7.9 %, effective rate was 5.3 %, and total effective rate was 100 %. Compared with control group, the effective rate of treatment group showed significant difference (p<0.01). Conclusion The result suggested that it was an effective, cheap and convenient way to treat thrombophlebitis with SD-Ag cream. |
