嵴内型室间隔缺损介入封堵治疗后超声心动图评价

 目的 探讨超声心动图评价嵴内型室间隔缺损(intracristal ventricular septal defect,IVSD)介入封堵术的适应证、近期及远期疗效.方法 应用经胸超声心动图对27例IVSD患者进行术前筛查,通过多切面及多角度精确测量缺损大小、主动脉瓣脱垂程度等筛选病例,术中监护封堵伞形态及瓣膜等情况,术后48 h,1、3、6、12、24、36个月进行随访评价封堵术近、远期疗效.结果 27例中25例试行封堵治疗,其中2例因放置封堵器后影响主动脉瓣开放而回收封堵器,23例封堵成功,3例出现主动脉瓣少量反流,随访6～36个月无严重并发症.结论 超声心动图在IVSD介入封堵术术前筛选病例,术中监测及术后随访中发挥了重要作用,可提高介入封堵术的成功率并减少并发症.

Echocardiographic evaluation of interventional occlusion of intracristal ventricular septal defect
