全麻下超快速脱瘾联合心理干预对止咳药水依赖者精神行为症状改善效果初探

【目的】评估全麻下超快速脱瘾联合心理干预对止咳药水依赖者精神行为症状的改善效果。【方法】本研究为开放性实验,采用自编量表和精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),探讨134例止咳药水依赖者分别在入院、进行全麻下实施超快速脱瘾治疗后、进行心理干预治疗后精神行为症状的改善情况。【结果】全麻下实施超快速脱瘾治疗与入院比较,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子差异显著(P<0.01),而随后实施的心理干预与入院比较,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、敌对、精神病性等各项均差异显著(P<0.01)。【结论】全麻下超快速脱瘾联合心理干预的综合治疗对止咳药水依赖者精神行为症状的改善效果显著。

The effects of combination of Ultra-rapid opioid detoxification and psycho-intervention to treat cough mixture addicts

【Objective】 To explore the effects of combination of Ultra-rapid opioid detoxification（UROD） and psycho-intervention to treat the behavior-psychological symptoms in patients of cough mixture addicts.【Methods】 In this open experiment,we used the home-made questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） to assess the severity of behavior-psychological symptoms in 134 cough mixture addicts before the treatment,after the UROD and after the psycho-intervention respectively in order to find which method can improve the symptoms most significantly.【Results】 Compare with the scores before the treatment,the scores on somatization,obsessive compulsive,depression,anxiety,phobia anxiety,paranoid and hostility were decreased significantly after UROD（P 0.01）.After the psycho-intervention,the scores of SCL-90 were significantly decreased of 9 dimensions compare to that before the treatment（P 0.01） except for ＂interpersonal sensitivity＂.【Conclusion】 The combination of Ultra-rapid opioid detoxification and psycho-intervention can improve the behavior-psychological symptoms in patients of cough mixture addicts.
