| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血小板活化因子(platelet activating factor,PAF)与脑梗死的关系,以及以PAF为靶点的药物对脑梗死的治疗意义.方法 用双抗夹心ELISA法检测血浆PAF浓度;检测急性脑梗死患者经红花黄色素(safflower yellow,SY)治疗后的神经功能、PAF、血液流变学的变化.结果 急性期脑梗死患者血浆PAF值明显高于健康对照组,且与梗死体积成正比;经SY治疗后急性脑梗死患者神经功能和血液流变学明显改善,血浆PAF值下降.结论 急性脑梗死患者可出现PAF浓度增加,活性增强;针对PAF的药物可明显改善其神经功能和血液流变学.
