血管内支架成形术治疗颅内动脉狭窄的中期随访结果

目的 总结血管内支架成形术治疗颅内动脉狭窄的中期结果。方法 25例颅内动脉狭窄患者应用球囊膨胀型支架行腔内成形术治疗，分析影像学及中期随访结果。结果 共治疗颅内狭窄病变28处(13处为后循环狭窄，15处为前循环狭窄)，支架均1次成功植入。临床随访18～39个月(平均24.3个月)，无短暂性脑缺血再发作或卒中；DSA随访20例患者，4例血管再狭窄(狭窄面积在50％以上)，侧支血管通畅。结论 血管内支架成形治疗颅内动脉狭窄是安全、可行的，有效预防卒中的发生。

Mid-term outcome of endovascular stenting for atherosclerotic intracranial stenosis

Objective To report the mid term outcome of endovascluar stenting for intracranial arterial stenosis.Methods Twenty eight atherosclerotic intracranial stenoses in 25 patients (13 stenoses in posterior and 15 in anterior circulation) were treated with endovascular angioplasty using balloon expandable coronary stents. The clinical and radiographic results were analyzed. Results Technical success was once achieved in all patients. During follow up period (mean 24.3 months), the patients were clinically asymptomatic without recurrent TIA/stroke. Digital subtraction angiogram in 20 patients revealed 4 asymptomatic restenosis (area of stenosis>50%), and the colateral arteries crossed by stents remained patent. Conclusions Mid term results show that endovascular stenting for intracranial arterial stenosis is safe and feasible for decreasing incidence of stroke.
