高血压前期患者动脉硬度的变化

摘    要:目的探讨高血压前期人群大动脉硬度的变化及危险因素并存时对大动脉弹性的影响。方法应用脉搏波速度自动测量系统测定BaPWV,选择年龄相近的理想血压和高血压前期人群共158人,分为3组:理想血压组56人;高血压前期不合并或合并1个其他危险因素的50人;高血压前期合并1个以上危险因素的52人。结果(1)高血压前期组的BaPWV大于理想血压组;(2)随着危险因素聚集程度的增加,高血压前期组合并1个以上危险因素的患者BaPWV大于不合并或合并1个危险因素的患者(P〈0.05)。结论高血压前期人群已经存在动脉硬度增加;合并其他心血管危险因素时,可通过协同作用使大动脉硬度增加更明显。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of arterial stiffness in prehypertensive people and the effect of combined miltiple risk factors on it. Methods 158 subjects with no obvious target organ damage were allocated into 3 groups, normotensive(n = 56 ), prehypertensive with 1 or without cardiovascular risk factors(n = 50), prehypertensive with 2 or above cardiovascular risk factors (n = 52). Results ( 1 )The BaPWV of prehypertension was higher than normotensive. (2)The BaPWV of prehypertensive with 2 or above cardiovascular risk factors was higher than prehypertensive with 1 or without that. Conclusion Prehypertensive patients already had change of compliance in large arteries even no obvious target organ damage was found.With multiple risk factors concurrent effect, they could increase big arterial stiffness much more significantly.
