摘    要:目的:及时、准确地检测给水管网中细菌种群的类型和数量。方法:采用法国梅里埃API细菌鉴定方法-API20E对取自实验室模拟给水管网的水样检测。结果:给水管网中细菌基本都为白色系,只有少部分是有色细菌。共鉴定了32株细菌,分别属于假单胞菌属、金黄杆菌属等10个属,且大部分为致病菌。结论:API方法及时、准确,给水管网中存在一定的微生物风险,管壁生物膜和管网主体水中均存在致病菌,须加以控制。

Abstract:Objective:To timely and accurately determine variety and quantity of bacteria in drinking water distribution system.Methods:API20E system was used in a stimulant drinking water distribution system.Results:Bacteria in drinking water distribution system were mostly white and pathogenic.32 identified bacteria belong to 10 species-Pseudomonas,Chryseobacterium and so on.Conclusion:API system can detect bacteria in drinking water distribution system exactly and rapidly.Microbial risk is existent.Pathogenic bacteria exist in both biofilm and water.
