| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定盐酸左旋咪唑片的含量及溶出度.方法:盐酸左旋咪唑含量用HPLC法测定,溶出度测定照<中国药典>2005年版二部附录溶出度测定法第一法进行.结果:盐酸左旋咪唑平均回收率99.2%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)溶出量大于标示量的90%.结论:方法简便适用于盐酸左旋咪唑片的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination the content and dissolution of levarnisole hydrochloride tablets by HPLC.Method:The content of levamsole hydrochloride was determined by HPLC,the dissolution was determined according to Ch.p. 2005,VollI Appendix XC Dissolution test method I.Result:The average recovery was 99.2%,RSD 0.6% (n=6) for levamisole hydrochloride,the dissolved was more than 90% of the labeled amount.Conclusion:The method is convenient,it can be used for qual- ity control of levamisol... |
