HPLC测定御感袋泡茶中葛根素和黄芩苷的含量

摘    要: 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩、葛根及其制剂御感袋泡茶中黄芩苷和葛根素的含量,评价该制剂的质量。方法与结果:黄芩苷测定以KYWG-C18为固定相,0.5%磷酸-甲醇-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(13∶10∶1)为流动相,UV检测波长为276 nm,黄芩苷在0.1~0.01 mg/ml浓度范围与峰面积呈直线关系,回归方程为Y=0.0018+9.95×10-8X,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为102.8%,WTBX]RSDWTBZ]为1.86%(WTBX]nWTBZ]=5)。葛根素测定以KYWG-C18为固定相,水-甲醇-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(40∶10∶3)为流动相,UV检测波长为250 nm,葛根素在0.2~0.020 mg/ ml浓度范围与峰面积呈直线关系,回归方程为Y=1.5×10-4+1.09×10-7X,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.7%,RSD为1.62%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速,结果可靠。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the quality of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,puerarin in Puerarisa lobata(Willd.) is Yagan Baipaocha by high performence liquid chromatgraphy.METHOD:Baicalin was separated on KYWG-C18 column and detected at 276 nm,by using 5 g/L phosphoric acid-methanol-N,N-dimethylformamide(13∶10∶1) as mobile phase.RESULTS:Puerarin was separated on KYWG-C18 column and detected at 250 nm by using water-methanol-N,N-dimethylformamide(40∶10∶3) as mobile phase.There was a good linearity from 0.1 to 0.01 mg/ml(r=0.999 6,Y=1.8×10-3+9.95×10-8X) in separation of baicalin.The average recovery was 102.8% and the relative standard deviation 1.86%(n=5).There was a good linearity from 0.2 to 0.020 mg/ml(r=0.999 9,Y=1.5×10-4+1.09×10-7X〖WTBZ〗) in separation of puerarin.The average recovery was 101.7% and the relative standard deviation 1.62%(n=5).CONCLUSION:This method is simple and fast,and the results are reliable.
