| 摘 要： | 目的：评估心肌灌注断层显像在冠心病诊断的价值。方法：采用定性、半定量方法回顾性分析１２５例冠心病患者左心室心肌血流灌注情况，并与ＥＣＧ结果作比较。结果：心肌灌注断层显像对心肌缺血的检出率为７８％，心梗１００％，均明显高于ＥＣＧ。结论：心肌灌注显像安全、无创伤，对冠心病缺血及梗死心肌的检出有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of myocardial perfusion imaging for diagnosing cornonary artery disease(CAD).Methods:One hundred and twenty-five patients with CAD underwent SPECT,followed by semiquantitative analysis and compared with ECG.Results:The sensitivity of SPECT for localization of myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction was 78%and 100%,which was higher than that in ECG.Conclusion:The myocardial perfusion imaging is practicable in the diagnosis of CAD. |
