中专生特质应对方式与心理健康关系研究

摘    要:目的 探讨中专生特质应对方式与心理健康的关系。方法 应用特质应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表、心理健康问卷、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)及一般情况调查表对320名中专学生进行调查,将结果输入SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果 相关分析显示:除自责倾向、受惩罚外,积极应对与心理健康及生活事件中各因子均存在显著负相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);陈丧失外,消极应对与心理健康及生活事件中各因子均有正相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。PC与主观支持、客观支持、利用度之间有正相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);而NC与主观支持、总计之间有负相关,与利用度之间有正相关(P〈0.01),相关关系均有显著性意义。多元逐步回归分析显示:以积极应对方式为因变量,进入方程的变量依次有:社会支持总计、学习焦虑、年级、丧失、性别。以消极应对方式为因变量,进入方程的依次有:孤独倾向、冲动倾向、学习压力、对人焦虑、人际关系5个因素。结论 生活事件、社会支持、心理健康水平、年级等多种因素对中专生应对能力具有重要影响。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationship between trait coping style and mental health of secondary school students.Methods A total of 320 secondary school students were investigated with Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Mental Health Test(MHT) and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC).Results Besides penalty and guilty,there was significantly negative relationship among PC and all the factors of MHT and life events,but NC was positively related to all the factors of MHT and life events except loss.PC was positively related to all the factors of social support while subjective social support and total social support were negatively related to NC.Stepwise regression analysis revealed that total social support,anxiety of study,grade,loss and sex were significant predictors of positive coping style.Solitary,impulsive inclination,anxiety,stress and relationship were significant predictors of negative coping style.Conclusion Life event,social support,mental health level and grade have multiple influences upon secondary school students' trait coping style.
