摘    要:目的通过对200例以头痛头晕为主要表现的脑血管疾病患者经颅多普勒(TCD)检测,探讨西宁地区脑血管疾病的发病特征,为临床诊断和治疗提供理论根据.方法用美国MET-1010 TCD仪对脑血管疾病患者Vs、Vm、Vd、PI、RI及频谱、音频信号等颅内动脉血流动力学参数进行检测并分析,做出相应的临床诊断.结果脑供血不足构成比中青、中、老年组无明显差别(P>0.05);脑血管痉挛的构成比中青、中年组明显高于老年组(P<0.05);脑血管狭窄多见于老年组(P<0.05).结论高原低氧环境可导致一系列颅内动脉血流动力学改变,西宁地区以头痛头晕为主要表现脑血管疾病患者的发病原因与平原地区有所不同.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical characters of TCD examination in brain blood vessel disease complicating with headache and vertigo in Xining to offer the theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The cranium artery blood flow mechanics parameters, Vs, Vm, Vd, PI, RI, frequency spectrum, audio frequency signal etc., were examined using U.S.A. MET-1010 TCD in 200 patients with brain blood vessel disease. Result: No difference in low brain blood supply in young, middle age and aging group (P>0.05);The incidence of brain blood vessel convulsion in young and middle age group is obviously higher than that in the old group(P<0.01) ; In the older age group , brain blood vessel narrowing is often discovered. Conclusion: The plateau hypoxia environment may result in the change of the brain artery hemodynamics in the cranium. It is different from that of the plain on pathogenic factor of brain blood vessel disease complicating with headache and vertigo.
