千金藤属植物地不容和云南地不容中多糖和葡聚糖的含量测定

摘    要:目的 千金藤属植物具有良好药用价值,许多研究表明其含有丰富的生物碱成分,但对该属植物其他成分的研究很少.对千金藤属植物非生物碱成分的组成和活性的研究,有利于更加深入地了解该属植物的药效和药理作用.方法 从防己科千金藤属植物地不容Stephania epigeae H .S .Lo及云南地不容Stephania yunnanensis H.S.Lo中,采用苯酚硫酸测定法、铜试剂沉淀测定法分别测定地不容和云南地不容中的总多糖和葡聚糖的含量.结果 地不容和云南地不容中分别含有25.14%,13.66%的总多糖及1.00%,0.71%的葡聚糖.结论 苯酚硫酸法和铜试剂沉淀法联合使用,为该植物多糖的分离纯化及多糖成分的结构、活性研究提供可行手段.千金藤属植物的葡聚糖具有免疫促进作用,提示可对地不容的多糖成分做活性筛选研究.千金藤属植物的药用价值较高,目前对地不容的生物碱成分研究比较透彻,但对其非生物碱成分研究仍处于空白,此项研究将有助于推动其药用价值的开发.

Abstract:Objective Stephania is valuable in officinal using. It was indicated in many researches that Stephania contents is plenty of alkaloid. Other compositions have scarcely been studied. The study on non-alkaloid compositions would help us to comprehend its pharmic effects. Methods Extracted polysaccharides from Menispermaceae Stephania epigeae H .S .Lo and Stephania yunnanensis H.S.Lo. Determined the contents of total polysaccharides and glucans.Results The results of experiments indicated that there were 25.14% total polysaccharides in Stephania epigeae H .S .Lo and 13.66% in Stephania yunnanensis H.S.Lo., while 1.00% glucans in Stephania epigeae H .S .Lo and 0.71% in Stephania yunnanensis H.S.Lo..Conclusion An effective technique is provided to purify and separate the polysaccharides of Stephania in these experiments. Stephania is a kind of officinal herb. The study on alkaloid is sufficient, but it is void on the research of non-alkaloid compositions. This study is helpful to develop the officinal using of the Stephania.
