IL-6,Fas与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨白介素-6(IL-6)与凋亡因子(Fas)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的作用与意义及二者的相关性。方法用ELISA方法检测35例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者和32例健康对照组血清中IL-6和Fas的水平。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中IL-6与Fas的水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论Fas介导COPD患者的免疫细胞凋亡,IL-6与Fas共同参与了COPD的气道炎性反应,对判断COPD的急性加重及呼吸功能具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the implication and correlation of serum IL-6 and Fas/Fasl ligand in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods The levels of serum IL-6 and Fas/FasL in 35 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and 32 healthy control subjects were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of serum Fas and IL- 6 in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) were significantly higher than those in healthy control subjects, there was significant diference between the two groups (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The Fas/FasL pathway can mediate apoptosis of immune cells in COPD, serum IL-6 and Fas may participate in the airway inflammatory process of COPD and may have important clinic significance in assessing acute exacerbation and pulmonary function of COPD.
