红藤对小鼠的免疫抑制效应

摘    要:目的:探讨红藤对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以红藤水煎剂(25mg/100m1)给小鼠(18~22g)连续灌胃7d后,做碳廓清实验、抗体生成细胞的检测、淋巴细胞a-醋酸萘脂酶的检测、脾淋巴细胞转化实验以及迟发型变态反应(DTH)。结果:与对照组相比,红藤水煎剂能明显抑制小鼠单核一巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,降低小鼠机体抗体生成细胞分泌抗体IgM量,抑制小鼠外周血中的T淋巴细胞数目,降低脾淋巴细胞的转化率,减少DNCB致敏的小鼠两耳的重量差。经统计学处理,各实验组与对照组相比,各项指标均有极显著差异,P〈0.01。结论:红藤对小鼠细胞免疫功能及体液免疫功能均有明显抑郁作用,为今后中药免疫抑制剂的开发提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To probe the immunosuppressive effect of caulis sargentodoxae on mice. Methods: Consistent gastric perfusion of canlis sargentodoxae 25 rag/100 ml were givern to mice( 18 ~ 22 g) for 7days to detect the earban clearance, antibodyproducing cells, lymphocyte a-naphtyl acetate esterase, transformation of spleen lymphocyte, delayed-type hypersensitivity. Results :Compared with control group, canlis sargentodoxae decoction inhibited the activity of mononuclear-macrophage, and decreased the antibody-secreted IgM content of antibody producing cells, inhibited the number of peripheral blood T lymphocyte, decreased the trasformation rate of spleen lymphocyte, decreased the weight difference of DNCB-sensitized mice ears. Compared with those of control group, all indexes of experiment groups had significantly statistic difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: Caulis sargentodoxae has significant inhibiting effects on the immanofunction of cells and body fluids, which provides a sci-entific basis for the development of Chinese medicinal immunosuppressant.
