252Cf中子近距离治疗妇科肿瘤的临床进展

 放射治疗是妇科恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一，尤其是近距离放疗更是占有重要地位。既往近距离治疗多采用 137Cs、192Ir等γ射线放射性核素，患者肿瘤局部控制率和生存率长期以来未有明显提高。中国自行研制开发的锎（252Cf ）近距离治疗机已在国内多个单位应用于临床治疗，且显示出越来越大的临床优势，能有效地提高肿瘤局部控制率及患者生存率。

Clinical advances in gynecological tumors with californium-252 brachytherapy

Radiotherapy is an important treatment on gynecological tumors, especially for brachyther－apy. 137Cs, 192Ir were usually used in the past, but the local control and survival rates were not increased obvi－ously. The machines, that was made in China, of 252Cf neutrons brachytherapy were used already by many hos－pitals in our country and played a preponderant role more and more. It can increase the local control and sur－vival rates effectively on gynecological tumors.
