河南省信阳市1995-2006年艾滋病流行病学分析

目的分析信阳市12a艾滋病的流行状况及其影响因素，为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。方法对信阳市1995-2006年艾滋病感染者资料进行分析。结果1995-2006年年平均发病率为1．785／10万，病死率为0．55／10万。全市超过20例以上的乡镇有17个。此17个乡镇共有HIV感染者1015人，占全市HIV感染的73．50％；HIV感染呈灶状分布。结论该市艾滋病感染者传染途径普查前主要是有偿采供血途径，普查后经性传播构成增加；积极开展疫情监测，控制艾滋病传播是艾滋病防治工作的重点；艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）是目前发现HIV感染者的主要途径，应进一步加强VCT工作。

Epidemiological Analysis on HIV Infector in Xinyang City

[ Objective ] Analyze the prevailing state of AIDS and influence factor of 11 years in Xinyang in purpose, offer basis for making the effective prevention measure. [ Methods] Analyzes the materials of person living with HIV/AIDS in 1995-2006 in Xinyang. [ Results] Morbidity on average every year is 1. 785/lakh for result 1995-2006. The case fatality rate is 0.55/lakh. It exceeds more than 20 villages and towns that there are 17 in the whole city. This 17 villages and towns have 1015 HIM the infeted in all, accounts for 73.50% of the whole city. [ Conclusion ] It is mainly a route of paid blood collecting and supplying before general survey that the person living with HIV/AIDS of our city of infects the route, Transmit through sex and form increasing after general survey;Monitor the epidemic situation actively, control AIDS dissemination the focal point that is AIDS preventing and controlling. VCT is at present discovered the HIV infected person＇s main way, should further strengthen the VCT work.
