糖尿病大鼠海马神经元电压门控钠离子通道的研究

摘    要:目的]研究糖尿病大鼠海马神经元电压门控钠离子通道的变化,探讨糖尿病神经系统的退化机制。方法]用全细胞膜片钳技术记录糖尿病大鼠海马神经元Na 电流的变化。结果]糖尿病大鼠海马神经元电压门控钠离子通道的Na 电流I-V曲线明显上移。结论]糖尿病大鼠海马神经元钠离子通道Na 电流水平下降。

Abstract:Objective] To study the change of voltage gated sodium channel of diabetic rats' hippocampal neurons and explore the degenerating mechanism of diabetes's nerve system.Methods] Sodium currents of diabetic rats' hippocampal neurons were registered by using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique.Results] The I-V curve of sodium currents of voltage gated sodium channel of diabetic rats' hippocampal neurons was shifted to the much higher level.Conclusion] Sodium currents of voltage gated sodium channel of diabetic rats' hippocampal neurons decreased.
