| 摘 要： | 目的调查急诊重症监护病房(EICU)常态工作时鲍氏不动杆菌临床分布特点,分析鲍氏不动杆菌皮肤定植与呼吸道感染的相关性。方法对医院EICU在2008年11月~2009年4月的病区常态工作条件下的微生物学采样,同期分析患者细菌学资料。结果在被调查的41例患者中,94.7%的患者在入院48 h内时未检出体表定植的鲍氏不动杆菌,住院≤6 d的患者出现定植的阳性率仅为12.0%;住院7 d出现定植的阳性率80.0%;鲍氏不动杆菌在环境物品中的检出率30%。结论对EICU患者皮肤定植鲍氏不动杆菌监测十分必要;根据监测结果进行环境消毒等干预措施可有效降低鲍氏不动杆菌皮肤定植率与呼吸道感染发生率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution features of Acinetobacter baumannii in our emergency intensive care unid(EICU),especially the relationship between A.baumannii colonization and respiratory tract infection.METHODS Forty-one patients in EICU form Nov 2008 to Apr 2009 were investigated.We took bacterial culture of the sampls from the patients and ward to identify A.baumannii.RESULTS The A.baumannii colonization rate of skin in patients two days after admission was 5.7%,and increased to 12% 3 to 6 days... |
