上颌窦癌56例综合治疗临床分析

目的　观察上颌窦癌计划性综合治疗效果及长期生存情况。方法　我院对 1987-1992年收治的 5 6例上颌窦癌进行计划性综合治疗 ,其中鳞癌 41例 ,腺癌 15例 ;男性 32例 ,女性 2 4例 ;采用化疗→开窗→放疗→巩固化疗方案治疗。结果　全组 5年生存率5 1 8% (2 9例 ) ;其中 2 2例能正常生活和工作 ,7例长期休养 ,在死亡的 2 7例中 ,16例死于原发灶复发。结论　非手术切除上颌窦癌 ,计划性综合治疗能保留患者的面容和器官功能 ,减少并发症 ,提高生存质量 ,患者较易接受

General Treatment and Clinical Analysis of 56 Cases of Maxillary Cancer

Objective To review the programmed general treatment of maxillary cancer and the long term result of clinical treatment.Method 56 cases of maxillary cancer were treated in our department from 1987 to 1992. Among them squamous cell carcinomas account for 41 cases and adeno cell carcinoma 15 cases. There were 32 male patients and 24 female patients. The treating methed we used is chemotherapy-fenestration-radiotherapy-consolidotory chemotherapy.Results The 5-year-survival rate was 51.8%(29 cases).Of the 29 cases 22 cases lived and worked normally. 7 cases had to lie in bed for a long time. Of the 27 deaths, 16 cases died from the relapse of protozoon.Conclusion Without operating excision, the programmed general treatment of maxillary cancer may retain patient's facial features and organic function, reduce complications, and raise the curative effects and the patient may easily accept it.
