| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察六神丸诱导 NB4白血病细胞凋亡的作用。方法 :应用 TUNEL法和 Annexin V/ PI双染法检测不同浓度和不同时间段六神丸诱导 NB4细胞的凋亡率。结果 :TU NEL法表明凋亡率与剂量呈正相关性 ,10 0μg/ ml六神丸凋亡率最高。 Annexin V / PI双染法表明 5 0μg/ ml六神丸作用 32 h凋亡率最高。结论 :六神丸可诱导白血病细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of liushen pills in inducing apoptosis in NB4 leukemia cells.Method:to detect apoptosis cells ratio by TUNEL and PI/Annexin V-FITC when NB4 leukemia cells were induced by different liushen pills drug concentrations and action time.Results:by TUNEL,the highest apoptosis ratio was induced by 100 μg/ml liushen pills and the apoptosis ratio was related with action time and drug concentrations.By PI/Annexin V-FITC,NB4 cells induced by 50 μg/ml liushen pills after 32 h showed the highest apoptosis ratio.Conclusion:liushen pills can induced apoptosis in leukemia cells. |
