从痰瘀论治慢性萎缩性胃炎浅识

慢性萎缩性胃炎属中医学"胃痞"胃脘痛"腹胀"嘈杂"等范畴。笔者认为,本病病损虽然由误下伤中,饮食阻滞,湿浊内阻,七情失和,脾胃虚弱引起,但最终均导致痰湿内生,久病血瘀,中焦气机不利而成痞满。所以化痰祛湿,理气活血在慢性萎缩性胃炎的整个病程始终,都是非常重要的一个治疗环节。
