| 摘 要： | 经手术后病理证实的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿６５例，平均年龄３４９岁，已婚不育者占５０８％。随访结果显示：术后妊娠率为５２０％，总复发率为２０７％，保守术组的复发率明显高于半保守术组（Ｐ＜０．０１），术后用药组与单纯手术组比较，复发率亦具显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为手术对治愈疾病、促进生育均有较好疗效，仍是目前治疗卵巢内膜异位囊肿的主要措施。手术方式取决于患者的年龄、病灶范围及对生育的要求。术后用丹那唑对预防及治疗复发具重要价值，但不育者用药应慎重，必要时可短期给药。

| Abstract: | Sixty-five cases with endometrial cyst of ovary were comfirmed by pathology,with the mean age 34.9 years.Among them there were 33 cases with infertility accounting for 50.8%.the post-operative follow-up showed that the pregnancy rate was 52.0% and the total recurrence rate 20.7%.The recurrence rate in conservative group was higher than that in semi-conservative operation group (P<0.01).There are some significant differences in recurrence rate between the postoperative danazol therapy group and the only surgery group (P<0.01).Authors suggested that surgery is fo far an effective procedure in treating ovarian endometroma.The paper discussed the choice of operation and the clinical value of postoperative oral danazol.and warned that the drug must be carefully given in treating the cases with infertility,it can be given for a short period,when necessary. |
