微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗脑出血效果观察

摘    要:目的 研究分析微创颅内血肿穿刺引流手术在治疗脑出血的临床疗效.方法 选取48例脑出血患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术进行治疗,同时选择48例进行内科保守治疗的患者,观察2组患者治疗效果.结果 观察组患者乳酸、CRP、入住加护病房时间及GIS评分分别为(1.93 ±0.49) mmol·L-1、(89.45±22.36)mg· L-1、(11.33±3.15)d、(10.84±5.32)分,对照组分别为(2.58±0.71)mmol· L-1、(207.61±46.38)mg·L-1、(13.36 ±5.10)d、(5.64±2.57)分,各项指标比较均具有显著差异(P>0.05).结论 经微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术可以有效且快速阻断出血,有效减轻脑组织损伤,较好的改善预后效果.微创手术的创口小,适合在临床推广使用.

Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture drainage operation in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Select 48 cases of cerebral hemorrhage as the study object , All patients were treated with minimally invasire intracranial hematoma puncture drainage in the treatment. At the same time, 48 cases of patients by medical conservative treatment were selected and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The lactic acid, CRP, time in the ICU and GIS score of the observation group were respectively (1.93±0.49) mmol L-1, (89.45±22.36) mg L-1, (11.33±3.15) d, (10.84±5.32), those of the comparison group were (2.58 ±0.71) mmol L-1, (207.61±46.38) mg L-1, (13.36± 5.10) d, (5.64±2.57) , significant differences are in each index (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The in- traeranial hematoma drainage blocks bleeding effectively and rapidly, reduces the damage of brain tissue and improves the prognosis effectively . Minimally invasive operation wound is small and it is suitable for use in clinical practice.
