| 摘 要： | 应用白细胞介素-2(IL-2)依赖T细胞株(Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte line)检测 IL-2,~3H-TdR掺入法与四甲基偶氮唑(MTT)比色法的检测效果,两者有一定的一致性。~3H-TdR掺入法重复性较好。在IL-2活性单位的计算方法上,比较了直接作图法、直接回归分析及正概率分布法,并对这些方法进行了讨论。不论用何种方法统计分析,在检测样品 IL-2时用标化的 IL-2作对比是必需要的。

A Study on Methods of IL -2 Activity Assay |

| Abstract: | This paper reported the comparison between two methods for IL -2 activity assay. With cytotoxic T lymphocyte line(CTLL),3H -TdR incorporation and MTT chromometry were used to detect IL -2 activities,the results showed definitely that these two methods consisted with each other well and 3H - TdR incorporation is more stable. The calculations for units of IL -2 activity were also compared and discussed among linear regression analysis. Co -ordi-nate mapping and normal probability curve, which conclude that no matter what statistic analysis was used,the standard IL -2 samples shoud be used while assaying IL-2 activities. |
