广东省监狱警察心理卫生状况研究

目的 了解监狱警察的心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL 90)评定 978名广东省监狱警察的心理状况。结果 监狱警察SCL 90总分和除人际关系外的各因子得分均高于常模 (P<0. 001),心理障碍检出率 14. 00%。总分和除人际关系和恐怖因子外不同监狱的得分有差异,工作性质不同的监狱警察的总分、躯体化、抑郁、敌对性、恐怖和精神病性因子的得分有差异,年龄不同的躯体化、人际关系、焦虑和敌对性因子得分不同。男警察敌对性的得分高于女性。逐步多元回归分析发现总分与是否认为工作太累,作警察是否值得,是否打算改行,是否适合现在的工作和从警年限相关。结论 不同监狱、不同工种、不同年龄、不同性别的监狱警察的心理状况是不同的,改变监狱警察对工作的不良认知有助于改善其心理状况,心理干预的重点对象是年轻狱警。

A study of psychological state of prison policemen of guangdong province

ObjectiveTo evaluate the psychological state of the prison policemen. Methods 978 prison policemen of Guangdong Prison were tested by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). ResultsThe scores of total and nine factors of SCL-90 of prison policeman were higher than that of the normal Chinese model except interpersonal sensitivity. 14.00% of the prison policemen had mental problems. The scores of total and nine factors except interpersonal sensitivity and phobic of the different prisons were difference. The scores of total,somatization, depression, hostility, phobic and psychoticism of the different type of work were difference. The scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and hostility of the different age were difference. The score of hostility of male was higher than female.The regressive analysis showed that factors influencing the total score of SCL were tiredness or not, worthy of being a policemen or not, changing the work or not, fit for this job or not and the time being policemen. ConclusionThe psychological hygiene status of prison policemen of Guangdong province was different with the prisons, the type of work, the age and sex. It helps to improve the psychologic status of prison policemen to change the badness recognition of the job. The young prison policemen are the focal point of psychologic intervention.
