| 摘 要： | 探讨医患关系紧张的突出问题，提出社会人群医学常识的匮乏、医务人员人文社会学知识和能力的欠缺是导致医患关系紧张的主要人文因素。建议强化医疗机构人文管理，加强医疗活动参与者的人文素养培育，重视社会人群健康宣教，缩小医患信息不对等差距。

| Abstract: | The causes of tensioned hospital patient relationship were discussed.In view of humanistic,the populate lack of medical knowledge and medical staff lack of humanistic knowledge were the main factors causing tensioned hospital patient relationship.Suggestions included strengthening hospital humanistic management,providing humanistic training to medical staff and health education to populate to reduce the gap of information asymmetry between hospital and patient. |
