妊娠合并糖尿病优质护理对妊娠结局的影响分析

目的：探讨妊娠合并糖尿病优质护理对妊娠结局的影响。方法：选择该院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的75例妊娠合并糖尿病患者，按照随机数字法将其分为两组。对照组患者孕妇单纯接受常规护理服务，观察组患者行优质护理服务。观察两组患者妊娠结局，并由患者对护理情况进行满意度打分。结果：观察组产妇产后出血、感染、剖宫产率总发生率显著优于对照组，且观察组患者护理满意评分也显著高于对照组。结论：优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中起着重要的作用，不但减少孕妇产后出血、感染和剖宫产的几率，更能提高护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Effect of high quality nursing on pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes

Objective:to investigate the pregnancy with diabetes high quality nursing effects on pregnancy outcome. Methods:from January 201 5 -January 201 6 75 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,it can be divided into two groups according to random number method. The control group patients with preg-nant women simply accept the routine nursing care,observation group patients high quality nursing service. Pregnancy outcomes in both groups was observed,and the patients satisfaction rate of nursing. Results:the observation group of maternal postpartum hemorrhage,infection,cesarean section rate was significantly better than control group,and the observation group of patients nursing satisfaction score is significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions:the quality of nursing in patients with gestational diabetes play an important role,not only reduce postpartum hemorrhage,infection and the rate of cesarean section,more can improve nursing satisfaction,worth clinical promotion.
