尿液隐血检验在诊断泌尿系统疾病的临床效果分析

目的：分析尿液隐血检验在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法：收集2013年1月至2015年12月间该院收治的泌尿系统疾病患者112例，分别通过尿液分析仪检验、尿沉渣镜检进行检验，观察两种检验方法的诊断结果。结果：与尿液分析仪相比，尿液沉渣镜检的尿隐血阳性率明显更高，尿液沉渣镜检中白细胞、红细胞、管形、蛋白的阳性率及其在各疾病中的检出率均明显较高（P ＜0.05）。结论：尿液沉渣隐血检验诊断泌尿系统疾病具有良好的效果，值得进一步推广。

Urine occult blood test in the diagnosis of urinary system disease clinical effect analysis

Objective:to analysis the urine occult blood test in the diagnosis of urinary system disease clinical value.Methods:collected from January 2013 to December 2013,our hospital between 112 patients with urinary system disease,respectively by urine analyzer test in the test,microscopic examination of the u-rine sediment,observe two inspection methods of diagnosis.Results:compared with the urine analyzer,urine sediment microscopy urine occult blood positive rate significantly higher,white blood cells,red blood cells in the urine sediment microscopy,tubular,the positive rate of protein and its detection rate in each disease were significantly higher (P <0.05).Conclusions:the urine sediment occult blood test in the diagnosis of urinary system disease has good effect,worthy of fur-ther promotion.
