曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果分析

目的：分析曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法：选取某院收治的100例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组实施常规的临床治疗方法，观察组在对照组基础上实施曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂。结果：观察组总有效例数为49例，占比98.00％，对照组总有效例数为39例，占比78.00％。观察组与对照组在治疗总有效例数上的对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对过敏性鼻炎的患者实施曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂药物进行治疗，能够有效缓解患者的临床鼻炎症状，提高患者的生活质量和治疗效果，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the clinical effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods:1 00 cases of aller-gic rhinitis in a hospital were selected as the research object,divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine clinical treatment,and the observation group was implemented on the basis of the control group Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray. Results:the total effective number of observation group was 49 cases,accounting for 98%,compared with the control group,the total effective number of 39 cases,accounting for 78%. There was sig-nificant difference between the observation group and the control group (P<0. 05 ). Conclusions:Patients of allergic rhinitis implementation of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray drug treatment,can effectively relieve the patients clinical symptoms of rhinitis,improve quality of life of patients and treatment,has certain clinical application value.
