综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫康复疗效的影响

目的：本文主要探讨综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫康复疗效的影响。方法：在该院2012年1月至2015年10月期间所收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者中选取60例作为此次研究对象，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予两组患者常规治疗和综合康复治疗。观察比较两组患者的康复效果。结果：治疗前，两组患者的 FugI －Meyer 评分和 Barthel 指数无明显的差异（P ＞0.05）；经过系统的治疗后，两组患者的 FugI －Meyer 评分和 Barthel 指数明显高于治疗前，观察组患者的 FugI －Meyer 评分和 Barthel 指数明显高于对照组患者（P ＜0.05）。结论：本次研究结果表明，临床治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者时，应给予患者综合康复治疗，有助于促进患者功能恢复，值得大力推广应用。

The Efficacy of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Cerebral Apoplexy Hemiplegia Rehabilitation

Objective: this paper mainly study the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia rehabilitation.Methods:in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2015,during the period of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients treated by selecting 60 ca-ses as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,were given routine treatment and comprehensive rehabilita-tion treatment in both groups.To observe the rehabilitation effect of comparing two groups of patients.Results:before treatment,two groups of patients FugI -Meyer score and Barthel index were significantly higher than those before treatment,observation group of patients with FugI -Meyer score and Barthel index is significantly higher than the control group patients(P <0.05).Conclusions:this study results show that the clinical treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment should be given patient,help to promote the functional recovery in patients with,is worth promoting the application.
