口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的：分析2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者采用口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素的治疗效果。方法：选取该院2013年3月至2016年1月收治的102例2型糖尿病患者，运用随机数字表法分为观察组（n ＝51）和对照组（n ＝51），对照组患者给予口服降糖药治疗，观察组给予口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗，观察临床效果。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率92.16％，高于对照组的70.59％，差异显著（P ＜0.05）。结论：在2型糖尿病治疗中，口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素可有效控制血糖，提高治疗效果，改善预后，值得推广应用。

Oral medications with insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes clinical curative effect observation

Objective:to analysis of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)patients with oral medications in combination with insulin treatment effect.Methods:from March 2013 to January 2016,102 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,by applying the method of random number table,divided into the observation group (n =51)and control group (n =51),control group patients give oral medications treatment,observation group was given oral medications with insulin therapy and observe the clinical effect.Results:the observation group of patients treatment effective rate was 92.16%,70.59% higher than that of control group,significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusions:in type 2 diabetes treatment,oral medications in combination with insulin can effectively control blood sugar,improve the treatment effect,improve prognosis,is worthy of popularization and application.
