三刺三才刺结合溶栓抗凝通脉治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征68例

目的：观察三刺三才刺凤凰展翅行针拔罐结合溶栓抗凝通脉治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征的临床疗效。方法：把68例下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征患者随机分为2组，观察组采用三刺三才刺凤凰展翅行针拔罐结合溶栓抗凝通脉，对照组单纯溶栓抗凝通脉。结果：观察组比对照组血浆 D －二聚体下降快（P ＜0.05），下肢周径差更缩小（P ＜0.001），疗效更好（P ＝0.040）。结论：三刺三才刺凤凰展翅行针拔罐结合溶栓抗凝通脉治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征临床疗效好，值得进一步探讨和研究，并应用到临床。

Three thorn puncturing combining with thrombolysis anticoagulation unclogged arteries after the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis syndrome in 68 cases

Objective:Observe three thorn phoenix wings line needle puncturing cupping combined with thrombolysis anticoagulation unclogged arteries af-ter the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis syndrome clinical efficacy.Methods:After the 68 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group with three thorn phoenix wings line needle puncturing cupping combined with thrombolysis anticoagula-tion of arteries and veins,control group pure vein thrombolysis anticoagulation.Results:Observation group than the control group of plasma D -dimer decreased fast path difference (P <0.05),lower limb weeks more narrow (P <0.001),better curative effect (P =0.040).Conclusions:Three thorn phoenix wings line needle puncturing cupping combined with thrombolysis anticoagulation unclogged arteries after the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis syndrome clinical curative effect is good,is worth further study and research,and applied to clinical.
