超声波在肝外梗阻性黄疸临床诊断中的应用效果

目的：分析超声波在肝外梗阻性黄疸临床诊断中的应用效果。方法：选取该院2010年1月至2016年1月收治的120例肝外梗阻性黄疸患者，全部患者均接受超声波检查，回顾性分析全部患者临床诊断资料。结果：超声波诊断出62例胆总管结石，31例胆管肿瘤，11例炎症病变，共确诊104例，诊断准确率为86.67％；超声波定位与手术定位比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：在肝外梗阻性黄疸诊断过程中，超声波具有安全、操作简单、无创等特点，有利于提高肝外梗阻性黄疸诊断准确率，为疾病诊断和治疗提供依据。

Ultrasound in the diagnosis of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice clinical application effect

Objective:to analyze the ultrasonic application in clinical diagnosis of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice.Methods:from January 2010 to January 2016,120 cases of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice patients,all patients were examined by ultrasound,all patients were retrospectively analyzed clinical diagnosis information.Results:the ultrasonic diagnosis of 62 cases of common bile duct calculi,31 cases of bile duct cancer,11 cases of inflammatory lesions,diagnosis of 104 cases,the diagnosis accuracy rate is 86.67%;Ultrasonic positioning compared with surgical positioning,there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusions:in the process of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice diagnosis,ultrasonic has many characteristics,such as safety,operation is simple,noninva-sive,will help improve extrahepatic obstructive jaundice diagnostic accuracy,provide the basis for disease diagnosis and treatment.
