流动人口已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染相关情况及求医行为调查

目的:了解咸宁市流动已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTI)现状、相关知识及求医行为,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法:于2010年3～6月采用整群随机抽样法调查1636名流动已婚育龄妇女,采用统一的方法进行问卷调查、临床检查和实验室检查。结果:RTI总患病率为38.20%(625/1636),其中宫颈炎、细菌性阴道病、念珠菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎的患病率分别为25.98%、15.95%、8.01%、4.16%,附件炎、衣原体感染、梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣的患病率分别为2.20%、2.08%、0.18%、0.12%、0.06%。RTI患者中54.88%(343/625)自我报告有生殖道感染的症状,45.12%(282/625)的患者自我报告无任何症状。有症状的患者求医的比例为58.89%,求医遵医嘱用药者占58.42%;遵医嘱复查者占39.23%。已婚育龄妇女对RTI各种知识的平均回答正确率为45.55%。结论:流动已婚育龄妇女RTI患病率高,求医意识差、遵医嘱治疗率低,缺乏RTI相关防治知识,应通过各种途径进行健康教育和提供RTI防治服务。
