霍山三种石斛茎中抗氧化酶等活性物质的测定

摘    要: 目的:测定霍山石斛茎中抗氧化酶等活性物质,探讨其合理的采收标准。方法:采用751GW紫外-可见分光光度计测定霍山三种石斛茎中SOD,CAT,POD酶活性;可溶性蛋白质含量及MDA的含量。结果:霍山石斛三年茎SOD,CAT,POD酶活性及可溶性蛋白质含量最高,抗氧化能力强;而铁皮石斛、铜皮石斛二年茎抗氧化能力最强,三年茎已衰老。结论:霍山石斛可采用“存三去四”的采收标准;而铁皮石斛、铜皮石斛则采用“存二去三”的采收标准。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine some resistant oxide enzymes and activated substances of dendrobium in Huoshan county and to study the suit havest time of dendrobium.METHOD:The activity of SOD,CAT,POD content of soluble protein and MDA in stem of three kinds of dendrobium were determined by 751GW specord UV vis.RESULTS:The activity of SOD,CAT,POD and content of soluble protein were highest in the third year stem of D.huoshanenes,so its power of resistant oxide was strongest.In the meanwhile,the resistant oxide ability was strongest in the second year.The stem of D.candidum,D.moniliforme and their third year stem were senescenced.CONCLUSION:The suit havset time was the 3 year stem for D.huoshanense and 2 year stem for D.candidum,and D.moniliforme.
