| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨金银花脂溶性成分的组成及其研究意义。方法:采用索氏提取法提取脂溶性成分,用气相毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测定其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法鉴定其化学成分。结果:检出37个色谱峰,鉴定出25个化合物,占总组分的98.87%。脂溶性成分主要为脂肪酸和烃类,其中10种脂肪酸占总脂溶性成分的46.18%,9种烃类化合物占总脂溶性成分的33.88%;酯类成分和植物甾醇为次要成分,分别占总脂溶性成分的9.21%和8.39%。结论:金银花中的脂溶性成分种类丰富并具有一些药理活性,气相-质谱联用技术能够有效地分析金银花中脂溶性成分。
