 对于激素受体阳性、Her-2基因异常的乳腺癌患者，如何选择内分泌药物一直是临床医生面临的问题。综合目前大量资料显示，Her-2过度表达与临床疗效间存在显著的负性相关性，三苯氧胺和第三代芳香化酶抑制剂对该组患者均疗效较差。化疗或化疗联合赫赛汀应是该组患者的优先选择，内分泌治疗联合赫赛汀可作为治疗策略的研究方向。
